Important Project Considerations
Site Preparation
All fence lines must be cleared of vegetation prior to installation. This includes trimming trees or shrubs (even overhanging from neighbors) to allow 1 foot of clearance on both sides.
Utility Locating
We initiate a request to Sunshine 811 to mark public utility lines. Note that private utilities (sprinklers, pool heaters, landscape lighting) are not marked and are the homeowner's responsibility.
Permits & Surveys
We will need a copy of your property survey for the permit. We are not responsible for property boundary accuracy. If the survey differs from initial measurements, quotes will be updated.
HOA Approvals
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to secure any necessary approvals from their Homeowners Association prior to installation.
