Some property problems require a licensed trade professional. Suncoast works with qualified independent service providers and, where Florida law requires licensure, appropriately licensed contractors and trade professionals. We handle the project coordination so you deal with one point of contact.
Work that requires a Florida professional or trade license — including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and structural work — is performed by or coordinated with appropriately licensed contractors and trade professionals as legally permitted. Suncoast does not represent or imply that it holds every trade license. License verification is available upon request for any specific service.
